"Everyone's talkin' 'bout how I can't be your love, but I wanna be your love for real"
I actually wasn't going to post this one at all. It's originally from a strip I posted previously entitled "emovomit". I've just always really liked this image, ever since I drew it. So I decided to give it it's own special treatment. I guess I was originally trying to get at that feeling where everything seems to just drift away - where nothing matters outside the moment between yourself and someone special. I dunno if I successfully conveyed that with the muted colors and white background or not (I assume the latter). That and I was just listening to the awesome Rachael Yamagata song and it just kinda fit. ...I've come to the realization that my stuff's been pretty emo and heartache-y as of late. I guess art imitates life. |

this conveits exacly the emotion that you wanted it to.
